We offer simple flat rate pricing to help you get the most from your investment. We charge $99 monthly for property management, and $649 for tenant placement. Some of the other highlights of our services are below.

• No charges for lease renewals – We get paid when a tenant is in your home, therefore it is mutually beneficial to keep that tenant in place. We do not charge any fee to the tenant or owner for a lease renewal.
• Management fees only with tenant – Only pay the monthly property management fee while a tenant is in place.
  
• No up charge on repairs – You pay what we pay for repairs to your property. There are no additional fees for coordinating repairs.
• Never locked into contract – You can terminate any of our contracts with 30 days notice and no penalty. If you decide to sell your home there is no obligation to use our services to do so.
• Electronic collection and disbursement – All rent payments are collected electronically and disbursed to the owner through an ACH transfer.
• Property Walk Thrus – Property walk thrus occur at move in and move out and are available for lease renewals and at 6 month’s into new leases.
