When you purchase a home with a real estate agent, that agent receives a commission check at closing. This commission rebate can be used for a home warranty, repairs on your new home, or your closing costs. First, we set up a consultation meeting with you. During our meeting we will discuss factors that you are looking for in your new home. Some factors include neighborhoods that you enjoy, school districts that you would like to join or remain in, home size, and dwelling type. We will also discuss the financing process and work with you on selecting the right lender that matches your needs.
After determining your requirements, we will select listings that match what you are looking for and send them over to you for review. We will schedule showings on these properties around your availability and guide you through the homes of your choosing.
Once you find the home that is a match, we will work with you on creating an offer. We will gather all the documents needed, work with you in determining the best asking price, and we will guide you through the negotiation process.
After your offer is accepted, we will coordinate the transaction with all parties involved. We will also be in close communication with your lender throughout out the process. We will coordinate inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. Our goal is to make the home buying process simple and we pride ourselves on our communication. We will be by your side all the way through process.
