How it Works
Buying A Resale Home
When purchasing an existing home with AgentChase you will receive a buyer rebate at closing equal to 1% of the purchase price. This unique incentive can be used towards:
- Closing Costs
- Property Taxes
- Insurance Costs

Buyer New Construction
Working with our New Construction Program gives you the full support of an agent, but also helps you save! At closing you will receive a buyer rebate of our full commission minus $995. For example, if purchasing a $300,000 home your estimated rebate would be $8,005. This service does not include any showings or appointments with our agents, but does include your initial site visit with the builder. After the initial site visit all work is done over phone and email. Not all builders qualify.

How Does it work?
Working with our New Construction Program is the most cost effective option, while still giving you the full support of an agent. At closing you will receive a buyer rebate of our full commission minus $995. This service does not include any showings or appointments with our agents, but does include your initial site visit with the builder. After the initial site visit all work is done over phone and email.
When you purchase an existing home we will provide you with a rebate at closing that comes from the commission we receive on the sale. This will rebate will go towards your closing costs and prepaids. Prepaid are items like taxes, insurance, and HOA dues.
Are there any hidden fees?
We don’t charge any hidden fees.
Is there any catch?
When purchasing an existing home you must purchase a property for at least $50,000 and we must get at least 2% of the purchase price as commission. If these are met you will receive a buyer rebate equal to 1% of the purchase price. If either of these are not met your rebate will be 25% of our commission.
For our New Construction Program all work after the initial site visit is done electronically.
Is there any limit on credits that I receive from you and other third parties?
It depends on the type of loan you choose and your down payment. Loans have third party contribution limits. Below is a breakdown of these limits.
- Conventional with less than 10% down: Limited to 3% of the purchase price
- Conventional with 10-25% down: Limited to 6% of the purchase price
- Conventional with greater than 25% down: Limited to 9% of the purchase price
- Conventional on investment property: Limted to 2% of the purchase price
- FHA Loan: Limted to 6% of the purchase price
- VA Loan: Limited to 4% of the purchase price
- USDA loan: Limted to 6% of the loan amount
If our rebate causes you to exceed these limits we can attempt negotiate for the rebate to be taken off the purchase price instead.
